My lowest point came when I refused to attend two wedding receptions with my partner. What broke my heart even more was that my weight didn’t just affect me, it was affecting my relationship and the people I loved the most and this made me realise they deserved better, they deserved to have the best version of me and so did I.

Hi, I’m Viviane and I’m so glad you’re here!

I specialise in helping women who feel STUCK. Women who’ve tried every diet under the sun from fasting to slimming World/ Weight Watchers/ 5:2 diet and still feel like nothing works for them. If you’re tired of yo-yo dieting, fed up with restrictive plans, and feeling like you’re at the end of the road… I’m here to tell you: There is another way.

I’ve been there too. I know what it feels like to avoid social events, cover up in baggy clothes, and feel ashamed of letting things get to this point. But I also know it doesn’t have to stay that way. I dropped 2 dress size and 11kgs (1.7stone) but most importantly I felt more like ME again, confident, happy and wearing clothes that I love rather than hiding under baggy shapeless clothes.

Together, we’ll change your story. My approach is all about you and where you're at and where you want to be!
