Juggling and spinning a lot of plates, which means your health is taking a back seat? 

Not making enough time for yourself? Are you struggling with sleep? Feel stiff and achy?

We invite you to join Hilary for a complimentary ‘Take some time for you and move more’ Gentle Yoga class.

This is a gentle slower paced Yoga class, great for unwinding after a long or busy day offering the opportunity to restore and renew.

Treat your body lovingly by stretching it all out with the emphasis on more lying and seated poses mixed with a gentle flow.

Each pose will be held longer to invite more focused attention to the breath that will soothe both the body and the mind.

Finishing with a good dose of sweet surrender in savasana (rest).

You'll learn:

- what yoga is all about.

- how to adapt and modify Yoga postures to make it more achievable.

- Breathing techniques to help you feel calmer and more relaxed, which you can use in your everyday life.

- Learn exercises to stretch and become more flexible.

- It's okay to stop and have a rest or ask questions - this is YOUR chance to learn - not just do...

- To enjoy a fabulous sense of wellbeing after the class and meet like-minded people.
